Refund Policy

We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent refund experience.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the refund process will begin only after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.

Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be approved.

Refund Timeline

  • After successful inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account / card / UPI.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer after you share your bank details.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a refund.
