Refund Policy

Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, the refund process will begin only after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
Inspection & Approval

All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be approved.
Refund Timeline

After successful inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account / card / UPI.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer after you share your bank details.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
